I n t r o d u c t i o n:

 

The college was established in 1958 under the name of the teachers house to cover the need of our  society from the qualified teachers who participate effectively in the educational operation the PTC  started technical programs in1995 when ministry of education change the name of the college and the faculties and started to teach the technical programs these technical programs are :  radio and TV media, finance, database and basic programmer professional educational , secretary and office management.
The PTCA is located in the middle of the trees in Arroub camp on the main street between Hebron and Bethlehem

The PTCA was held to supply the local society with professional person to create similarities between the graduator's skills and the works requirement in an effective way and to participate in achieving the economic development through arte and scientific contribution
